3 commentsokay this is going to be a very2 bitchy entry. but i dont care. its been going on way too much, and i rasa maxis and streamyx has been yanking my chains too long already and they basically memang minta dimaki 8 keturunan.
i'm effing angry because all these maxis and streamyx (yes, i have 2 provider) are to me, just mempermainkan pelanggan.
connection macam sial, tapi cuba lah terbayar bil lambat 2 minggu, on the spot dia potong and siap ada reconnection fee.
memang fcuk-ed up.
and yang paling i tak tahan is that when you call Streamyx's customer service line, and you pick to talk to someone in english, orang yang angkat phone tu, masyallah teruknya english dia, that in the end you give up and speak BM again. but the thing is, i'm the kind of person that speaks really weird BM when i'm angry. my thought process will be in English, and when i'm excited or angry, otak ini adalah tidak pantas dan efisyen dalam meng-translate so ofkos la i pilih to speak to someone in English tapi like i've said, English diorang (operator) teruk gila babi !! teruk sampai tahap you tak paham langsung apa yang diorang tanya. tak paham kenapa nak kena cakap ber-slang2 bagai. cakap english standard je boleh tak? sumpah aku tak paham la weiii.
then there's this procedure when they ask you to switch your modem on and off, check connection la tu la ini lah, macam kan kita ni bodoh. and the best part is that hari tu operator tu siap tanya i is my router on ke tak, brand apa and so on. memang mintak kena maki la kan. tapi yang peliknya kan, lepas i maki se-das, diorang ni macam tak lut je. relax je kena maki sampai i macam terpanggil nak tanya, eh hello, you paham tak yang i ni bukan bodoh? i bukan pompuan bimbo yang tau pakai internet tapi tak paham apa fungsi modem and apa fungsi router. korang ni tak rasa apa2 ke kena maki dengan customer hari2 haa? jawapan dia hanyalah 'kami dah biasa kak'.
dah biasa? maksudnya memang hari2 la ada customer tak puas hati yang maki korang ek? how do you sleep at night eh? kenapa kau tak pegi maki supervisor or boss supervisor kau tu cakap kau tak tahannnn la hari2 kena maki? tak pun kau maki je boss besar telekom tu yang hidup aman damai dapat gaji ribu2 atas duit yang customer marah2 ni bayar tiap2 bulan? bodoh!
say you pay RM100 for your internet fee each month. and dalam sebulan tu, hanya 2 minggu je yang boleh pakai dalam keadaan puas hati suka suki, lagi 2 minggu tu asyik disconnected la, hang la bagai, jangan harapla diorang nak bagi discount apa ke jadah kan? tapi kalau kita complain, dia macam endah tak endah je. yang lagi best tu, siap boleh cakap 'owh, kita memang tau line kita macam lanch sekarng, harap bersabar.'
harap bersabar? harap bersabar apa ke jadahnya? kalau aku bayar separuh je, boleh tak aku bagitau kau 'owh saya memang nak bayar separuh je sebab lagi separuh bulan hari tu your line macam celepentot, so harap maklum.' boleh tak haaa streamyx lanch oiii?
i know for a fact that there's no where to bring this frustrations of mine. takde body or association yang boleh buat apa2 and that makes me angrier. kalau nak buat formal complain pun, it wont take you anywhere. it'll be wayy too long before they take any action and in the end you either forget all about it or someone will call you to only say that they're sorry you feel that way and that please be informed that their system is being upgraded at the moment to serve you better next time.
gila tipu semua tu. stop taking your customers as dumb fcuks la streamyx.
please dont tell me to go register for Wimax or Celcom or whatever. thats not the issue here. my issue is that bila aku bayar waima singgih sekalipun untuk apa2 service sekalipun, i want my money's worth or it'll be as good as you mencuri. pure and simple. i dont pay you less, i dont pay you more than the amount you asked for. but why do i always get less in return? bukan mencuri duit aku ke tu?
maybe the next thing to do is report to the police and name then all sebagai pencurik.
