eh, bukan oh-kay. i actually have a valid reason for not updating. look what happened :
sedih kan? huwaaa nak nangis okay. i accidently TERtutup Jane dengan kuat, pastu tak perasan that the charger's cable was somewhere in between and it got caught and TER-peliot lah the hinges. huwaaa so sedih now dah cacat. and i went to Mac Store the other day and they said that it'll take a week and probably cost somewhere round RM600. like what the eff la kan? imma go get a second opinion. nak hantar straight to the Service Centre, but its in Yap Kwan Seng. Oh Lord help me. just thinking of going to anywhere mid KL is enough to make me break out in hives.
nasib baik Jane masih beroperasi seperti biasa, albeit sedikit scary looking dan ala2 silap angle boleh terkulai layu di tasik madu gitu. owhh cobaannnn.
moving on to a completely unrelated tale, i wanna show you guys a picture of myself that i took in the car the other day. chubby-ness aside, doncha think the skin looks flawless (okay sila muntah) but seriously you guys, my skin now (without makeup) is FAR from perfect. i'm starting to see wrinkles (gasp!), uneven skin tone and premature pigmentation. all of which were nicely concealed by this miracle worker of a foundation.

yup, this is it. Maybelline's Dream Smooth Mousse Foundation. i've been using it for almost 2 weeks now, and i have to say that i love it! not sure if we still have it here, but i think dulu our Maybelline pernah carry the Dream Matte and the blusher. dunno why, now dah tak ada. maybe tak mendapat sambutan kot. like usual, me and my tamak self got me SIL to buy two shades. Pure Beige and Natural Beige. ye lah, i tak berapa sure sangat which color is more 'me'. i obviously had no testers and had to look for the swatches online. and this was my first drugstore brand foundation, so i didnt wanna have too much hope on it. now i use it with a damp stippling brush with my L'oreal Studio Primer underneath. and i have to say that this foundation is perfect for our hot weather. somehow it is not thick, doesnt cake up, doesnt look like you have 4kgs of powder on your face and yet gives amazing coverage. whats not to love eh? my only regret is that i didnt ask her to buy the rest of the line below :
btw, i heard that the concealer and liquid mousse foundation is the bomb juga.

maybelline tuh cam menarik ah -- seriously dah takde kat mesia eh,cik? baru cam nak try this mousse product kot kot la berkenan dgn kulit nih. tried liquid & the rest before -- nan ado yg bleh lawan minyak di muka ni :'(

Along bebeh - latest observation kat pharmacy memang takde dah Mousse range ni. sayang kan? dulu masa ada buat2 tak nampak je.. but to tell you the truth, try investing in a primer. a good one for pore will be the POREfessional by Benefit, designed specifically untuk isi ruang2 pores yang ada, so that bila pakai (apa saja) foundation, it'll go on smoother sbb pores dah sekata..
muka kita pun berminyak. believe it or not, i 'tap' on my oily face dengan kitchen towel. lebih bagus menyerap minyak. serious !

TIPU GILE KENE PAKAI KITCHEN TOWEL. But betul ke weh? I mean, does it work dat way? The kitchen towel? :P
I had bad experiences using Benefit, but maybe sbb i salah beli product -- the dr feel good, the moisturizer bagai, the only thing i still use is the eye palette.
So primer eh? Shall give it a try if its worth it! Thanks cik!
